Do not disturb the area and please contain it with plastic and tape if possible. Avoid air movement as this could cause cross contamination to additional areas.
Every home or business has a normal fungal ecology however, Post Remediation Verification or “Clearance Testing” is conducted after the removal and cleanup has been conducted. The previously affected areas are inspected in the same manner as the Initial Mold Assessment in order to confirm that the home or business has been returned to a normal indoor environment.
